In order to be able to meet the increased requirements in the healthcare sector and the associated complexity in everyday work, we offer “classic” further training .
Our further training for managers, practical instructions, hygiene officers in care facilities and palliative care are state-recognized according to WPO-Pflege Hessen . The further training courses for carers/everyday companions, care advisors according to § 7a and care advisors according to § 45 are recognized according to SGB XI.
Regular training in healthcare is the best way to meet the increasing demands on nursing and caregivers.
In addition to the optimization of administrative activities and the management of practice, staff and care, there is a particular need for further training that addresses the individual situation of the person being cared for .
Our training courses are based on the new Nursing Professions Act (PflBG) and Sections 53b, 43b, 45a,b SGB XI.
The mentors are the link between the school, facility and trainees and are therefore an important part of sound training in all pedagogical professions .
Through its role as a trainer in the facility, the practical instruction plays a key role in a successful internship by linking theory and practice in a suitable way. Guidance is a complex and responsible task and places high demands on the professional, social and methodological skills of the mentors.
